ruled, in the hearing scheduled for 16 April 2024, on the referral proposed by the Federal Prosecutor no. 20897 /209pf23- 24/GC/blp of 20 February 2024 against Messrs. Enea Benedetto and Petar Stojkovic, the following
DEVICE
PQM The National Federal Court – Disciplinary Section, definitively ruling, imposes the following sanctions:
– for Mr. Enea Benedetto, 14 (fourteen) months of inhibition and 9,000.00 (nine thousand/00) euro fine;
– for Mr. Petar Stojkovic, 12 (twelve) months of inhibition and 4,000.00 (four thousand/00) euro fine.
Thus decided in the Council Chamber on 16 April 2024.
