The visitor, already in possession of the ticket, must go to the central gate in Piazza Carlo di Borbone or that in Corso Giannone at the time indicated on his ticket. In fact, it is not possible to access the Vanvitellian Complex at times other than those shown on the ticket. Season ticket holders are advised to use the Corso Giannone access.

In order to improve flow management, two distinct queues will be created: one for holders of the “Park Only” ticket, the other for those of the “Park+Apartments” ticket. Holders of the Park+Apartments ticket, until 3pm, will have to visit the Apartments first and then the Park.

On April 25th, starting from 8.30am, each qualified tour guide (subject to showing specific certification) will be able to collect a maximum of 20 tickets at the ticket office. Each agency/tour operator (upon presentation of specific certification) will be able to collect a maximum of 50 admission tickets at the ticket office. In order to avoid the recurrence of inconveniences for visitors, in relation to Park+Apartments tickets, a maximum of 20 tickets will be made available to guides/agencies/tour operators every 15 minutes. Agencies, tour operators and guides are required to queue like all other visitors. There is no preferential lane or right of first refusal.
