ASST Cremona: competition for IT assistants

The ASST of Cremona has called a competition for IT assistants.

In fact, the hiring of 2 graduates by employment contract a indefinite period.

It will be possible to apply for the public selection by April 29, 2024.

In the next paragraphs we will see the requirements, the selection methods, how to submit the application for admission and the notice to download.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

Candidates in possession of the general requirements for access to public competitions can participate in the Cremona ASST competition for IT assistants, namely:

• Italian citizenship or one of the European Union countries or other categories indicated in the announcement;
• age: pursuant to Law 127/97 there is no maximum age limit for participation in the
  procedure, without prejudice to the limits established for official retirement according to the provisions
  in force;
• enjoy civil and political rights;
• psycho-physical suitability for employment;
• not have had any criminal convictions and not have ongoing criminal proceedings that prevent the establishment of an employment relationship with the Public Administration;
• not having been dismissed or exempted from employment in a Public Administration due to persistent insufficient performance, not having been declared forfeited from a public job for having achieved employment through the production of false documents or documents tainted by irremediable nullity.

To participate in the selection, possession of the Secondary Education Diploma (five years) as IT expert or other corresponding title based on current legislation or, alternatively, the Secondary education diploma together with a training course in IT legally recognized and suitable for obtaining the skills necessary to carry out the tasks envisaged.

HOW THE SELECTION IS MADE

The public selection will be carried out through the valuation of securities and the overcoming of two examsone written and one oral, relating to the following matter:

• basic computer science elements and notions;
• Linux and Windows family operating systems;
• infrastructural elements that make up a data center operating with high reliability;
• local networks and geographical networks, definitions and architectures;
• hospital and local information systems, functionality in the levels of integration;
• supra-company information systems (regional and national);
• Privacy Regulation (GDPR 679/2016/EU);
• programming fundamentals;
• relational DB fundamentals and SQL fundamentals;
• digital signature and digital preservation;
• open source software in Public Administration;
• certified mail;
• fundamentals of computer security and authentication techniques,
• data center and desktop virtualization environments.

This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

The application to participate in the ASST Cremona competition for IT assistants must be submitted by April 29, 2024 through telematic procedureavailable on this portal.

Candidates will have to pay the participation fee of €10.33.

It is always useful, when participating in a public selection, to have your own address certified email (PEC) as the entities can also communicate with the candidates via certified e-mail. Anyone who doesn’t have one can read in this article how to get one in just 30 minutes, from home.

FURTHER INFORMATION

All subsequent communications relating to the competition procedure, including the calendar of the exams, together with the list of candidates called, will be made known through a specific notice published at least 15 days before completing the written test on the company website, in the “Work with us” section.
