Tommaso Corsini and Camila Cavalletti’s wedding, a civil and religious celebration to underline the double commitment made by the spouses: a civil and legal commitment, and a spiritual and values one. Camila wore the wedding dress of her dreams, a couture creation in precious lace designed by Luisa Beccaria

Tommaso and Camila met on September 30, 2022. Camila’s mother had organized a dinner at home to introduce her to some people, given that she had just moved to Florence. That evening, Tommaso was not among the guests, but due to a series of fortuitous circumstances, his brother took him with him, and Tommaso arrived first. The two didn’t talk much that evening, but in the following days they began to communicate, and soon a spark was lit between them. Common friends and interests, as well as a good dose of madness, quickly bonded them and before long they were an inseparable couple. The spouses then realized that life had tried to bring them together many times, but for various reasons their paths had never crossed.

Tommaso and Camila’s wedding took place over three days. On the first day, after the civil ceremony, the Corsinis hosted a cocktail party for their Florentine friends in their family home, Villa Corsini in Mezzomonte, a Medici villa between the Florentine and Chianti hills. On the second day both families hosted a second cocktail party, again at Villa Corsini, for all the international guests and friends of the bride and groom. On the third day, the religious ceremony was held at the Basilica della Santissima Annunziata in Florence followed by the reception at the bride’s family palace. After the ceremony, both Tommaso and Camila wore the Corsini family ring, representing the coat of arms chosen by Tommaso for his family branch.

«When we started organizing the wedding, we realized that the number of guests would be very high. In order to spend as much time as possible with each guest, we decided to organize everything over several days. Furthermore, we wanted everything to take place in our homes to maintain, despite the size, an intimate, unique and personal atmosphere.” The three-day event was organized by Corsini.Events Group, an event organization and production company founded and directed by Tommaso.
