The troubles of Chiara Ferragni they are not finished. Although the entrepreneur, who seems to have definitively lost her influencer status, tries to pretend nothing has happened to regain credibility and feeling with the public and, above all, companies, the court case is only just beginning. And not only that. If on the one hand, in fact, Ferragni was “lucky” that the case exploded at the end of 2023, not having a significant impact on that year, the issues are starting to come to a head in 2024. The investigation fraud aggravated by impaired defense inevitably overwhelmed her, having centered all her business initiatives on her figure, but it also affected what for years she defined as her “right and left arm”, Fabio Maria Damato. He too, like Alessandra Balocco, is under investigation for the same reason.
Many times emphasis has been placed on the relationship between Ferragni and Damato. The two lived almost in symbiosis for years, so much so that Milanese gossips have often defined the manager as the businesswoman’s “real husband”, thus delegitimizing the presence of Fedez, official husband but now on the path to divorce. However, the divorce from Damato took place even earlier than that with the rapper for Ferragni because, from that December 15th that Ferragni will hardly forget, all trace of him has been lost. The manager no longer used his social media, where before he was always very present: no posts and sippy stories. The most important one portrayed him a few weeks ago in Chiara Ferragni’s offices. But there was no sign of the owner.
Fedez has implied that the responsibility for what happened must also be attributed to Damato but beyond the reconstructions and accusations of an injured husband, there are the facts. “The partnership would have loosened and could lead to the payment of a settlement“, writes Il Messaggero in reference to Damato and Ferragni. And if the latter were to proceed with the liquidation of its historic manager, it would be yet another economic blow for his company, already affected by the Balocco chaos. In fact, Damato is (or is been) manager of Chiara Ferragni’s companies since 2017, playing a primary role in all decision-making processes. He has been the entrepreneur’s alter ego in most of her choices, her consultant and her pygmalion if it were, it would be another multi-zero outlay, which is added to theeconomic hemorrhage.
“There’s talk of a six-figure check, they haven’t seen each other since the investigation came out“, he has declared Gabriele Parpiglia on Rtl 102.5 a few days ago, claiming that he had already submitted his resignation and “asked 4 million euros“.
A version that is also confirmed in the pages of the Roman newspaper. In the meantime, Ferragni, to deal with the economic crisis, would be looking for new partners but the operation could prove more difficult than expected: who is willing, at this moment, to pay millions, or even hundreds of thousands of euros, associating your name to that of the entrepreneur?
