Fastweb he announced today 1 January 2026 a new unilateral change on some fixed network offers, which will involve some existing customers starting from 1 February 2026. The unilateral change will lead to an increase in monthly spending for the Fastweb customers involved.
Today, January 1, 2026 in fact, the official communication on a further contract modification has been publishedwith the relative list of all the offers involved.
The customers Fastweb involved in this new tariff remodulation will receive a personal communication on the invoice and in your personal MyFastweb area starting today January 1, 2026.
Customers affected by this new unilateral change will suffer increases of an included amount between 1 euro per month and 3 euros per monthalso depending on the active offer. The operator specifies that any discounts already recognized will be maintained.
How the increase works and what offers are involvede
With this new unilateral change, essentially some landline offers will be replaced with other offersimplying an increase in the monthly price.
The operator justify this variation as below:

Below is each offer subject to the change, with its relative monthly cost increase range:
- Fastweb Home Full: monthly increase between 1 euro and 2 euros;
- Fastweb Casa Light: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb Casa Privilege: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt Home: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt Casa Light: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt Casa Light Ver2: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt Internet: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt One Home: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt One Casa Light: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb Seven Internet: monthly increase equal to 1 euro;
- Fastweb Home: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb Home Inbound: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Fastweb Casa Outbound: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Internet: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros;
- Internet + Telephone: monthly increase between 1 euro and 3 euros.
The right of free withdrawal with Fastweb
In case of non-acceptance of the tariff remodulation, the customers affected by the remodulation will still have the right to withdraw from the contract or switch to another operator without penalties and deactivation costs, in this case by 1 March 2026.
In the case of installment payments still in progress, it will be possible to choose whether to pay the remaining installments in a single solution or to continue with the normal installment plan.
In any case, to exercise the right of withdrawal it will be possible to go to a Fastweb storecontact Customer Service of the operator or use the customer area MyFastwebspecifying the reason “modification of contractual conditions” in the notes field.
Alternatively, the customer can send a registered letter with return receipt a Fastweb SpA, PO Box 126 – 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI)or a PEC to the address [email protected]attaching copy of the identity document and, also in this case, specifying the reason for the withdrawal “modification of contractual conditions”.
