Today, however, let’s talk to you about a bonus which is intended only and exclusively for those who have the privilege of not having committed any type of crime. It’s about the Agricultural Business Noticefor which it is possible to apply until May 31st of this year and which allows you to receive a financial contribution of up to 56 thousand euros for the purchase of less polluting and more innovative agricultural machinery: here is everything you need to know.
Agricultural Business Announcement, what you need to know
Applications are open to access the Agricultural Business Notice, issued by the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policies and which allows you to obtain up to 56 thousand euros, i.e. 80% of the expense incurred for the purchase of a new fleet of vehicles. Micro, small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, their associations and cooperatives and also agro-mechanical companies can apply. The aim of this bonus is to help the agricultural sector keep pace with the times and, therefore, allow its workers to purchase more innovative and less polluting means.
To access it, applicants must be regularly registered with the Chamber of Commerce and therefore have a VAT number, have a regular company file, not be in a state of restructuring or difficulty and, finally, have a Completely clean criminal record.
How the funds are distributed
The aid provided for by the Agricultural Business Notice is distributed on the basis of criteria decided by Regions and Provinces: although national legislation establishes the maximum spending limits, it is these entities that carry out the actual distribution. At a national level, the guidelines speak of a division established as follows:
- 80% of the amount of investment costs can be obtained in the case of young farmers;
- you can get 65% of the investment costs in all other cases.
Therefore included are expenses relating to the purchase of machinery and equipment for precision agriculture (spending limit 35 thousand euros), for the replacement of old off-road vehicles (limit 70 thousand euros) or for the innovation of water management systems and irrigation (limit 35 thousand euros).
