Next week the Maritime Safety Committee at the Ministry of Transport will discuss on how to manage the digital security of these infrastructures which will transform the Ligurian capital into a hub for the digitalisation of southern Europe”. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Transport on the sidelines of the General States of hi-tech in the Genoese Erzelli hub. Edoardo Rixi. “It is clear – his words – that we must guarantee the security of our information, the impenetrability and management of computer traffic in any condition and there will be an ad hoc project which will also be based on the security of submarine cables and data management in a conscious manner based on the most advanced cybersecurity and protection criteria.
