The situation for 2024 remained unchanged for all other bonuses, except for the Mortgage and rent bonus. This benefit is intended for employees who fall within the fringe benefits and will be valid from 1 January to 31 December 2024.

Thanks to the fringe benefit the employers may decide to recognize their employees a contribution to the paycheck for the repayment of rent or mortgage interest of the main house. The maximum payable through fringe benefits this year it amounts to: 1,000 euros for all workers e 2,000 euros for employees who are dependent children

This year, fringe benefits include meal vouchers, company cars,… water, gas and electricity bills and the expenses incurred for the rent and interest on the mortgage for the purchase of a first home.
