Eni’s appeal upheld: AGCM’s accusation against Eni Diesel+ withdrawn

The State Council considered the accusations made by the Court to be entirely illegitimateAGCM to the company Eni and accepted the appeal of the latter company, canceling the sanction 5 million euros previously declared. The dispute lasted a long time 4 years and now it finally seems that the long-awaited end has been reached.

The dispute was about the environmental benefits of the mixture HVOhydrogenated biofuel, present in Diesel referring to the “component green of the product”.
