The board of directors of Bper Banca which met on 19 April decided to appoint Fabio Cerchiai chairman of the board of directors, Antonio Cabras vice president e Gianni Franco Pope CEO.
Fabio Cerchiai, president of Bper, declared: «With the appointment of this Board the Bank a new three-year period begins during which it will face new challenges and will consolidate the important goals achieved to date. We will work immediately to give the best start in view of the commitments that await us.”
Gianni Franco Pope, CEO of Bper, states: «I am honored by this role and I thank the board of directors for the trust placed. Bper today is one of the main players in the Italian economic scenario, we will work to consolidate this positioning and to continue the growth path of the bank.
