It will come into force in July new general regulation on vehicle safety wanted by the European Union. In a few months, therefore, some safety devices will become mandatory. The whole range Dacia it will obviously comply with the new legislation. For this, the automaker presented the Model Year 2024 of the Sandero (Streetway and Stepway) and Jogger range. Among other things, the manufacturer has introduced as standard all the devices required by European legislation.
Let’s start with the safety aspect. Now, the entire range, starting from the Essential level, is equipped with new safety devices to meet the requirements of the new EU regulation.

Furthermore, on the dashboard we find the “My Safety” button which allows you to recall ADAS preferences when starting the car. In addition to all this, the DACIA range is equipped with the Rescue Code, a QR Code positioned on the windscreen and rear window which allows you to consult the rescue card using a special free app. Useful information in case of rescue.
The innovations are not limited to the safety aspect. Sandero Streetway is enriched with the Journey set-up which reflects the Extreme version of Stepway and is equipped as standard with a shark antenna, Randia diamond alloy wheels, door sills, mats and lots of equipment: Keyless Entry key, automatic climate control, rear parking camera, luggage compartment dividers and removable smartphone holder.
There are also new two-tone Flexwheel rims on the Sandero Streetway, two-tone Flexwheel Dark on the Sandero Stepway and Jogger and new diamond-cut alloy wheels. News also regarding the colors. The new Beige Safari color becomes the exclusive color of Sandero Stepway. The two colors Grigio Schisto, until now reserved for the Jogger, and Verde Oxide, dedicated to the Extreme, are now available on all versions.
For Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140 comes the 7-inch digital instrument cluster introduced on new Duster. Jogger and Sandero Stepway Expression offer new graphic customization positioned on the front doors, under the rear-view mirrors: the Dacia Link emblem and the GPS coordinates corresponding to the Transfagarașan road, in the Carpathian mountains.
For Jogger Hybrid 140 the E-SAVE function which allows you to maintain the charge level of the traction battery (approximately 70% of capacity) to maintain a sufficient energy reserve to be used in different contexts.
Dacia announces that the 2024 model years of the Dacia Jogger, Sandero Stepway and Streetway can already be ordered at the same price as the previously available range. The only difference is the debut of the Journey trim level, now available on Sandero Streetway, priced at 1,000 euros more than the Expression version.
