It’s a Very pop Book Fair, as now usual, because the literary event has long accompanied great writers and purely literary themes with guests from other arts, known and loved by the general public. This is the case of Gino Paoli, who on May 9th at 6.15pm will participate in a meeting dedicated to the singer-songwriters of Liguria, this year’s guest region (Sala Rossa, with Claudio Cabona, Jessica Nicolini And Margherita Rubino). An occasion in which, he explained in an interview, he will praise slowness, because it gives time to think and not do stupid things.
Speaking of great singers, he is also expected Gianni Morandion May 11th at 12.30 pm (Congress Center Auditorium) in dialogue with Luciana Littizzetto for the “Lightness” section and an in-depth analysis of Massimo Marchesi. The Italian song tells the story Luca Barbarossa in dialogue with Massimo Cotto, on May 12th at 3.15pm (Sala Ambra). The themes are different, always in the musical field, it’s waiting BigMama to talk about his life, on the themes of self-acceptance and one’s sexuality (11 May, 6pm, Palco Live). There is a lot of cinema, one of the seven sections curated in the program, with Paolo Sorrentino in dialogue with Francesco Piccolo on the director’s workshop (11 May, 6.15 pm, Sala Oro). However, there were two appointments with Jasmine Trinca, first in dialogue with Francesca Archibugi about the series on Elsa Morante (10 May, 6.15 pm, Sala Blu) and then the tribute to Natalia Ginzburg with Domenico Scarpa (11 May, 6 pm, Pista 500). Among the guests most appreciated by the general public there are also Giacomo Poretti (9 May, 3.45 pm, Sala Azzurra) and Cochi Ponzoni (which will present Marco Presta on 11 May at 10.30 am, Arena Bookstock), or Andrea Zalone, author by Maurizio Crozza (13 May, 4.15 pm, Sala Azzurra). There are many others, all to be discovered within the immense program of the Book Fair.
