The presentation of the book «Na tazzulella ‘e cafè» written by the economist will be held on Thursday 18 April at 6 pm Pietro Spirito. Moderate Carmine Maturo sustainability cultural manager. The journalist and director of the newspaper Terra Mia will talk to the author Antonella Fabricator.

A literary event in the name of Neapolitan tradition, which will be held in the evocative setting of the monumental complex of San Domenico Maggiore, at the «Dom Santi Bevitori», thanks to the collaboration of the historic publishing house Giannini Editore, with Carmine Maturo And Gentle Green Events.

The coffee ritual marks the days of Neapolitans. A drink imported from the Arab world, it gradually took on characteristics specific to this land, starting from the eighteenth century onwards. At the bar or at home it is an opportunity for socializing and a moment of sharing. The phases of coffee preparation have given rise to a craftsmanship that goes from the manufacturing of the machine to the individual skills in the way of producing and consuming the drink. Sipping a cup of coffee has artistic representation, cultural belonging and Neapolitanness.

The Dom Santi Bevitori, located in Vico 16, is a unique place in the historic center of Naples that combines the promotion of reading and collaborative work with traditional gastronomy. Dom is in fact a space that increasingly wants to present itself as a point of reference for those who want to live a more diversified cultural experience, including exhibitions and events.
