Luciano Nanni and Marisa Zani celebrate 60 years of life together. Today this stainless couple, who almost everyone knows in Cesenatico, cross a great finish line together with their relatives and closest friends. Initially their relationship was a friendship, based on sport and then on work in the historic “Foto Nanni” shop in via Baldini, opened by the founder of the family, Cimbro and then carried on by his son Alberto and finally by his nephew Luciano, an exponent of the third generation of well-known photographers. Thousands of plates, films, photos, images and prints in that place have marked the events of Cesenatico throughout the twentieth century.

The spark that struck between Marisa and Luciano led the two to get married on 5 April 1964. A marriage that was cheered by the birth of their children Andrea and Roberta. In their long journey together, the spouses have shared passions, such as travel, some inevitable difficulties but above all joys, including the arrival of four grandchildren: Filippo, Alberto, Enrico and Francesco.

After the closure of the historic shop, Luciano Nanni continued to be an acute and curious witness of city life, from his privileged observatory in via Baldini, where the couple has lived for 60 years and which lately, with the good weather, turns into a living room for a small group of friends, who comment on all the news in Cesenatico. Luciano is above all a witness to the social history and customs of the city, immortalized most of the time in the most salient moments, in thousands of shots that are part of the family photographic archive. Marisa, after having taught for many years, instead dedicated herself for a long time to the activities of Libera, the anti-mafia association founded by Don Luigi Ciotti: she was its provincial contact for many years. In the past she had also been involved in politics, sitting behind the benches of the Cesenatico City Council.
