ANCONA – Overwhelmed while riding his bicycle at the junction for Mandracchio, fear in Via Marconi. The accident, near the cycle path which will be removed soon, involved a 45-year-old who was pedaling on the seafront. The impact occurred around 3.30pm today (9 May).
The man fell to the ground and perhaps, due to his head hitting the asphalt, he lost consciousness. The call to 112 Nue, the single number, was immediate emergency. On site, the 118 medical vehicle, a crew from the Yellow Cross of Ancona and a local police patrol.
The man was taken under code red to the emergency room of the Torrette regional hospital.
Probable illness for a woman, however, in via Ascoli Piceno, Piano area. The 57-year-old had not had any news about herself for days to the friend with whom he often spoke on the phone. Thus, the emergency car was called, alerted by her friend who became suspicious of the fact that she was not answering either the telephone or the intercom.
