EXPO of the County closed with a positive outcome which constitutes a foundational premise for future editions.

After five years, visitors were able to appreciate the variety of goods and services in the sixty stands and the four addresses on which the sample range moved: tourism and territory, agri-food, eco-sustainability, sport & fitness.

The activity at PalaExagone was lively during the five days it was open. Twenty-six speakers representing trade associations, institutions and business entities who discussed, with the coordination of four moderated journalists, meetings on the topics of tourism, well-being and the third and fourth age, eco-sustainability, excellent food and wine and then talking about infrastructure, industry, skilled craftsmanship and the function of the EXPO within the framework of a sustainable relaunch of the economic and productive activities of the territory.

And then again shows with a common denominator: all artists, talents, musicians, singers and actors from our territory who have successfully brought the name of Modica to Italy and abroad.

We have resumed the thread of a discussion interrupted five years ago– declares Luigi Galazzo, president of Pro Modica 77 association promoting the initiative –and the results went beyond the rosiest prospects. We have created, alongside the high institutions and important sponsors, the conditions to plan a richer edition next year where experience and innovation will once again be the reference coordinates. A non-formal thank you to those who contributed usefully to the success of this year’s edition.”
