The three days of International Livestock Fairs will be on 28, 29 and 30 November which will once again make Cremona the capital of international livestock farming.

The organization of the 2024 edition of the Livestock Fairs has been in full swing for weeks and the new features are already emerging. In the background the numbers and contents that made the 2023 edition truly exceptional.

International Livestock Fairs 2023 enthusiastically involved the breeding world, that of technicians, operators and also young people:

“Beyond the value of numbers – explains the director of CremonaFiere, Massimo De Bellis – the 2023 livestock exhibition also brought together all the new trends that characterize the sector. First of all, the participation of young people to animal husbandry, starting from the students of agricultural schools, present in large numbers and very active in the On the way to Cremona competition, which is now in its second edition and has confirmed the importance of training. The particular focus that was dedicated to the female work in animal husbandry with the round table “It’s not a job for men”, which proposed the experience of a group of very young breeders.

Furthermore, lhe exhibition confirmed its primacy as an educational centre with many moments dedicated to professionals; while on the front of innovative technologiesthere were several moments of great importance, such as the conference dedicated to genetics which proposed the contributions of the most important realities at an international level, allowing participants to obtain a synthesis of the most modern trends in global genetics in animal husbandry”.

Obviously, the 2024 edition will continue the path already set in recent yearswith the involvement of farmers, companies, operators and institutions to provide simple and effective participation solutions.

“Our goal for 2024 – clarifies directly president of CremonaFiere, Roberto Biloni – is first and foremost that of consolidate national and international relations. The livestock world together with the fair brings together breeders, companies, universities and research bodies, operators and the world of training for a path of growth and cultural and technical contamination.

At the same time the fair serves to create new business opportunities, but it is also a moment for discussion and valorisation of the supply chain. The exhibition is also enriched by our rich technical-scientific calendar with which we aim to continue to provide technical content and stimuli for innovation, encouraging a mature and far-sighted vision of the future”.
