«The house beyond the superbonus»: the book is on newsstands with the GdB

An exceptional season has come to an end for homes in Italy. The book «The house beyond the superbonus» (Il Sole 24 Ore; pp. 128) starts from the excesses of the superbonus to go further and analyze what it means today invest in home assets. The volume by Dario Aquaro, Cristiano Dell’Oste and Giuseppe Latour there is a newsstand with the Giornale di Brescia for 12.90 euros (plus the daily newspaper).

The book

It was a season marked by the irruption of 110% superbonusmade frenetic by tax credit market and by the mirage of one fiscal currencycrossed by low mortgage interest rates, driving force of sales. That season is formally behind us, even if we have not yet paid the bill (public and private) in full.

The authors

Dario Aquaro He is a journalist at Il Sole 24 Ore, he works in the editorial office of Monday. He resisted the sirens of his sporting, university and publishing careers; he gave in to those of the press. Journalism, an old acquaintance, brought him from news to economic policy.

Cristiano Dell’Oste he is an economic journalist, deals with tax and real estate. Born in Casale Monferrato, graduated in Law with a thesis on social norms, he has been at Sole 24 Ore since 2006. He coordinates the Norme & Tributi pages of the Monday edition. He hosted the latest editions of Telefisco.

Joseph Latour was born in Salerno. He has been a journalist for fifteen years, many of which he covered for the newspaper at Sole 24 Ore the chronicle of the three years of the superbonus. Busy full time as Pietro’s father, in his remaining hours he studies everything that revolves around the house and taxes.
