Aielli celebrates World Earth Day with a new mural, which adds to the wonderful open-air museum in the Borgo Universo project.

The work, in collaboration with Greenpeace Italy, was accomplished by the Roman street artist, writer and poet Er Pintofamous for writing his texts on city walls, with awareness-raising messages that touch the soul.

Borgo Universo, a space that currently hosts 40 murals, sculptures and installations, is a project to which the mayor of Aielli, Enzo Di Natale, he has been working since the beginning of his mandate to make his town ever more welcoming, a mix of art, culture and history that echoes in the streets of the town.

The newThe mural aims to raise awareness and concretely contribute to the protection of the planet, with a message linked to the campaign promoted by the environmentalist organization to tackle the climate crisis: also present director of Communication & Engagement of Greenpeace Italia, Andrea Pinchera, who, on behalf of the entire association, underlined the importance of raising awareness on such a current and delicate topic as environmental protection.
