Finally, by the end of 2024 the new Young plan will be launched, dedicated to boys and girls. The reason for the price increase

“In light of the changed market and technological context and having gained the awareness of having an experience, an offering and a capacity for innovation that are unique on the market – the company explained in a note published last April -, Telepass has decided to develop a new commercial proposition that enhances, also in perspective, the ecosystem of its consumer offer and aims, at the same time, to offer increasingly cutting-edge solutions for the movement needs of its customers in urban areas. The new market positioning changes the paradigm: electronic toll collection becomes only one, but not the main, of the services of the Telepass ecosystem, aimed at enabling integrated and increasingly sustainable mobility, around the person, and focused on urban centers”.

Tolls abroad

The service is also available outside Italy, for the payment of tolls in France, Spain, Portugal and Croatia. Activation of the European Telepass is free for those who subscribe to a Base or Plus subscription, while for the rest of the users it involves a cost of 10 euros. The monthly fee to be paid is 2.40 euros, but it is applied only in the months of actual use. The amount to be paid varies depending on the country crossed and is charged only once a month for each nation.

With the Top 50 Cities project, Telepass aims to further strengthen the quality and capillarity of its offer. Thanks to an active collaboration with local public administrations, it seeks to enable customers to improve their travel experience and save time in all major Italian cities, not just the largest ones. The policy implemented by the company, a point of reference in our peninsula, is aimed at guaranteeing quality standards of the type “premium”thus strengthening the added value and territorial coverage. Born on the occasion of the 1990 World Cup, Telepass has gradually grown and a series of innovations are also planned for the future.
