It’s been a few days since OnePlus revealed plans to introduce a new version of the OnePlus 12 (currently $699.99 on Amazon), which sells in several markets with a choice between 256GB and 512GB of storage. Keep in mind that these storage configurations come with 12GB of RAM and 16GB of RAM, respectively. However, there are no other hardware differences, be it its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the large battery or the ‘4th Gen Hasselblad’ camera system.
Previously, OnePlus had confirmed its intention to update its latest flagship with a simple color change. In particular, the company indicated that the OnePlus 12 will soon be available in Glacier White color, complementing the Flowy Emerald and Silky Black options in which the device is already sold. Even though the new edition won’t be released for a few days, OnePlus has at least shared pricing information.
As GSMArena reports, OnePlus will only sell the new OnePlus 12 Glacier White edition with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. However, the device will initially be available at a price of INR 59,999 (~$718), a slight discount from its MSRP of INR 64,999 (~$778). While the device won’t fully launch until June 6, OnePlus will host a second pre-sale event on June 5 at 12pm IST (06:30 UTC).
