  • 150 g shelled pistachios
  • 100 g White chocolate
  • 100 g sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 50 ml milk
  • Take a saucepan and put the water on the stove to boil. When it boils, cook the pistachios for 10 minutes. This step is necessary to easily remove the skin from the pistachios.

  • Cook the white chocolate in a bain-marie and when it melts, mix it with the butter and milk, using a wooden spoon.
