Crazy news from Volkswagen. The new model of the German brand may soon have a truly intriguing price
The innovations in Wolfsburg are bringing a clear and evident development of the electric range with the Volkswagen which is a leader in this sector in Germany. It is no coincidence that the first four EVs on the German market are from VW with the first Tesla only sixth in the ranking.
In particular, the best-selling electric cars throughout Germany are the ID.4 and ID.5 Behind them is placed the ID.3. The latter is a model that comes with a length of 426 cm, a width of 181 cm and a height of 156 cm, which leads it to be approved for a maximum of five seats.
The platform on which it is developed is the MEB one. Furthermore, the ID3 is also appreciated for the quality of its engine which has a maximum output of 204 horsepowerwith the peak speed being 160 km/h. The autonomy is also not bad, as with a single charge this car can remain on the road for 428 km, really not bad for the average electric cars. Recently VW has renewed the ID3 with a version also available on the Italian market.
Volkswagen ID.3 Pro S: what a crazy opportunity
There Volkswagen ID.3 Pro S it is the new top-level version of the electric car which presents important innovations especially in terms of power with horsepower rising to 231, thanks to the addition called Function on Demans “Performance Upgrade” which guarantees acceleration from 7.1 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h. In the new version the autonomy also improves, with this model which can even reach 557 km. All at a starting price of 42,490 Euros.
This is a price already lower than the value of the old ID.3 which started at 44,200 Euros. Furthermore, thanks to the addition of a further thousand Euros, other advantages will be triggered with the possibility of switching to the Edition Plus which includes metallic paint, Exterior, Assistance and Comfort Pack.
Pay attention, however, to the price indicated above for the powerful ID.3 Pro S. With €42,490, the new German electric car is in fact part of the expected cost to access the state incentives that the Government is preparing to unlock. The maximum price limit is, in fact, 42,700. For the purchase of a full electric car, discounts of between 3 and 5 thousand are available with or without scrapping a vehicle owned with high polluting emissions.
