Kanye West, Underage Employees and Exploited: Porn Videos Also Emerging

Kanye West has been sued in a new lawsuit that claims that created a hostile work environment for its adult and child employees, and referred to them as “new slaves”. West and Yiannopoulos are accused of forcing their employees to work long hours without pay or rest.

It is also claimed that the rapper’s white managers have used negative language towards foreign workers and minorities to create a hostile work environment. These white managers allegedly made pejorative comments about workers’ age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and national origin in group chats, calling some “slaves” and others “new slaves.”

Additionally, Yiannopoulos is accused of sending a text with a black/brown skin emoji to a black employee while calling a younger worker a “school shooter.”

According to the charges, West’s wife, Bianca Censori, She is accused of sending explicit pornography to staff, accessible to minors. She allegedly sent the link when West announced the launch of an adult film company called Yeezy Porn in late April. She is not among the defendants, however.

According to the document, the group of developers had been promised a salary of 120 thousand dollars by Yiannopoulos at the end of the app if they had accepted the working conditions and had not complained. However, West then allegedly asked employees to sign non-disclosure agreements, threatening to fire the minors and withhold pay if they did not comply. Even minors were supposed to sign “volunteer” agreements.

The lawsuit claims that one of the completed apps was shown to the rapper on May 1. While it’s unclear which specific app was shown, West and Yiannopoulos did not pay the employees for their work. The developers decided to sue the couple, seeking compensation for unpaid wages, overtime, and emotional harm.

It’s the latest in a series of lawsuits filed against the rapper over poor working conditions. Earlier this month (June 4), he was sued for sexual harassment and wrongful termination by his former assistant. West responded by calling the allegations “baseless” and announced plans to countersue. In April, he was also accused of racial discrimination by his former security guard at the Donda Academyclaiming that the artist treated his black employees “less favorably than their white colleagues.”

Touch Weekly wrote that West has asked for the lawsuit to be dismissedarguing that “the defendants had been notified and therefore the defendants were justified in taking any and/or all of the actions alleged in the complaint.” West was further sued by another staff member for allegedly threatening to “lock up” his students in April.

Trevor Phillips accused the musician of a series of crimes, including verbal abuse, threats of physical violence and comparisons to Hitler. While representatives have not yet responded to Phillips’ allegations, they have previously pushed back against the Donda Academy claims.
