A turning point is coming for Milan’s young prodigy Francesco Camarda: it will happen for the first time.

Francis Camarda is ready to write the recent history of Milan. After the historic debut in Serie A which came on 25 November 2023 against Fiorentina becoming the youngest ever to debut in the top flight of Italian football, a few weeks ago he signed his first professional contract which will tie him to Devil for the next three seasons. An extension strongly desired by the young striker despite there being no shortage of offers from top clubs abroad – such as Borussia Dortmund – and various complications with the Rossoneri club that shook the agreement. In the end, however, his will was decisive: to continue in the club he has supported since he was a child and who never misses an opportunity to go and follow in the Curva Sud.

The agreement for the contract which will expire on 30 June 2027 was reached in early June, a few days after the victory overItaly U17 in the European Championship of the category. Even in the continental competition, the young Rossoneri striker did not miss the opportunity to make his mark with a double-barreled shotgun decisive in the final against Portugal, thus giving his teammates a historic success for his nation. However, it is not over yet for the 2008-born striker who is now specialized in burning stages. Bernardo Corradi – in fact – he decided to call him up for the first time in theItaly U19 which will be involved in the European Championship of the category from July 15th to 28th.

Despite Italy’s early elimination from the German campaign of Euro 2024summer for colors azzurri has not yet ended. After the U17 European Championship which ended on 5 June with Italy’s 3-0 triumph over Portugal, the U19s will take to the field on 15 July. The continental competition will be played in Northern Ireland and Corradi’s Azzurri ended up in group A with the hosts, Norway and Ukraine. Today the coach has released the list of players called up – composed of 27 nomi – for the Bolzano gathering and among these the one that stands out is Francis Camarda.

The rally in Trentino will close Tuesday 9th and then only 20 will remain to participate in the tournament in Northern Ireland. The hope of the very young Milan striker is to return to the group that will then leave for the United Kingdom to defend the title conquered last year. Among the other members red and blacks pre-convened for the tournament we find in defence Bartesaghi and Magni, to midfield Zeroli while in attack – in addition to Camarda – Diego Sia.
