A YEAR OF GROWTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD: 2025 FOR PARMA CALCIO

Parma, 31 December 2025 – 2025 ends as a year of growth, results and plans for Parma Calcio. On the pitch, 2025 represented a year of significant results for Parma Calcio. There Men’s First Team achieved salvation in Serie A, consolidating its presence in the top division where it holds the record for the youngest squad in the tournament, with an average age of 24.26 years, the third youngest in all of Europe. For the commercial area of ​​Parma Calcio, 2025 marked a great path of growth and development, focusing on value creation and on quality of the offerwith positive results both on the Partnership and Corporate Hospitality fronts.

On the Partnership front, the Club recorded a increase in the average investment value of +28% and one growth in total revenues deriving from Partnerships of +8%confirming the solidity of the adopted model. As for the Corporate Hospitality2025 recorded a revenue growth of +3%supported by a significant increase in average revenue per single position (+35%). A year of great value also for Parma Special, a team that represents one of the pillars of the Club’s sporting inclusion. At the same time, the commitment to sustainability has been translated into concrete actions: approximately 200 kg of separate waste collection per match, with over 60% of the waste recycled, and 40 kg of food recovered per match are added to innovative projects such as bibliotherapy, for the benefit of the Parma Calcio community.

ACADEMY

The growth of projects dedicated to young people continues. The Plus Project hosted at the Ennio Tardini Stadium 21 Italian and international companies during match days, engaging around 900 athletes. At the same time, the territorial project Parma and Province has reached a basin of 2,800 young memberscon 5 recognized football schools, 6 training centers and 14 local affiliatesstrengthening the Club’s presence in the area.

The Parma Calcio Academy territorial affiliation project for this season involves 47 sports clubs distributed in the province of Parma and surrounding areas (Reggio Emilia, Piacenza, Massa, La Spezia, Mantua). The initiative aims to: strengthen the relationship of trust between Parma Calcio and local players, encourage the technical and organizational growth of affiliated clubs and allow constant monitoring of young profiles of interest for selective activity. It also involves 28 affiliated companies distributed outside the local territory. The initiative is aimed at supporting the technical and organizational growth of partner companies, developing structured training sports projects, both for men and women and promoting a shared model of youth growth and sports management.
