Because cache can become a problem

The cache It exists to speed up the opening of apps and reduce content loading times. As time goes by though grow up and may contain obsolete or, worse still, damaged data.

When this temporary memory expands beyond what is necessary, the system starts to show up micro delays e less fluid openings.

Furthermore, in some apps in particular (for example streaming or messaging apps, come Spotify e Telegram), the amount of space occupied by the cache can become large, even in the order of gigabytes, therefore deleting it they will also recover valuable storage space.

How to intervene in a simple way

Clearing the cache does not modify personal data and does not require complex procedures. This is a quick intervention that often returns perceivable fluidity after just a few minutes.

Restoration of temporary files occurs automatically during use, so the system does not run out of necessary resources. The operation becomes useful especially when the optimizations introduced by Android 16 they cannot compensate for months of accumulation.

Just go to the page information about an app (to choose which one you need to open the Android settings and go to the item App), press on “Storage space and cache” (the names may differ slightly depending on the manufacturer) and then on “Clear cache“.

Try with them apps you use the most and for the longest timeand you will see that their cache will be nice and “chubby”. And if this isn’t enough, there’s also the cache to consider browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, ecc.

), or even that of the operating system itself. But here we are entering a more complex field, for which we have already created a specific guide.
