The ban on mooring in the body of water in question remains in place. Starting from 08.00 on 21.06.2024 and until 10.00 on 24.06.2024, on the Banchina Seminario, from the corner with Banchina San Domenico up to the slipway that precedes the moorings reserved for naval units of the Coast Guard and on the stretch of San Domenico quay (50 metres) starting from the corner with the Seminario quay, mooring is permitted, for scenographic reasons, exclusively for pleasure craft identified by the organisation; they will be able to reach the mooring place from 08:00 until 18:00 every day. Starting from 4.00 pm on 21.06.2024 and until the end of the show on 23.06.2024, navigation, bathing and mooring within the body of water of Cala Sant’Andrea is also prohibited, as is the parking at the beach of the same location.
Furthermore, pedestrian transit/parking along the San Domenico, Seminario, San Michele, San Corrado and Molo Foraneo docks will be prohibited. Any needs for access to the port area will be appropriately considered by this Maritime Authority. ART. 3 Requirements for the organizing company The “Music Art Management” company will have to implement all the necessary measures and precautions to avoid dangerous situations that could cause damage to public and private safety, taking care to promptly comply with all legal provisions and/or regulations in force on the matter or comply with the provisions issued by the Port Authority of Molfetta and the Municipal Administration of Molfetta with the provisions mentioned in the introduction.
This Ordinance is issued within the scope of the competences of this Maritime Authority in order to regulate maritime navigation and protect navigation and port safety and safeguard human life at sea. Violators of this Ordinance will be punished in accordance with current legislation, based on the case violated and the type of unit possibly involved. They will however be held responsible for any damage that may arise to people or things as a result of failure to comply with the instructions given.
