“Training key young people for development”

“Construction has come back into question in recent years, but what cannot be missing is training, in terms of specialization and safety. We have a construction school with important results, three years of schooling which lead almost all of the students to have a job right away. Training that is based first and foremost on safety, but also on new technologies. We need specialized young guys.”

Alex Saggia, deputy vice-president of Ance Rovigo-Treviso, said this as a guest on Eccellenti, a Delta Radio program hosted by Fiammetta Benetton., who spoke about his own personal training as well as that proposed for young workers in the construction sector. Ance, as a trade association, is widespread throughout the territory and, with the union between Rovigo and Treviso, it has been possible to achieve even more.

“A very important experience for me, which led me to the role I carry out today – said Saggia – is the one with the young entrepreneurs group of Confindustria, an extraordinary experience in which I learned to know the various sectors better, arriving at the regional council. As for Ance, I owe a lot to my colleagues because we represent a system. Ance is a place of aggregation, development and associative interest. The turning point came with the birth of Confindustria Veneto Est in November 2022. And now we are aiming for the birth of a great common project”.
