Aggressive drunks
The group starts arguing, creates chaos, annoys passers-by, even harasses the staff of an ice cream shop who, amid insults and teasing, ends up with the advertising ice cream cone placed outside the shop overturned. Continuing to argue, the small group moves to the Largo Camussi area. In the meantime, calls to 112 from those who witnessed the scene activated the state police officers, the carabinieri and the local police officers.
Threats and aggression
The drunks then tried to disperse to avoid trouble. And it is the young 18-year-old of Moroccan origin who is identified by the soldiers of the mobile radio operations unit of the Carabinieri company of Gallarate. The Locale is also on site. On the part of the bully, who had no criminal record until yesterday but was nevertheless known for his arrogant hanging around the station, the usual defiant attitude. No signs of wanting to calm down but insults to the uniforms, provocative threats “I’ll unleash Allah on you, I’ll burn your Cross”, the refusal to provide one’s personal details and then physical aggression with two local police officers fortunately not seriously injured.
The process
The handcuffs went off due to resistance, injury to a public official, contempt and refusal to release personal details in agreement with the public prosecutor on duty. In the early afternoon of today, Monday 10 June, the 18-year-old appeared directly before the judge of the Busto Arsizio court Daniela Frattini for validation. The boy, with his usual challenging attitude, made use of the right not to respond and agreed to a one-year prison sentence with a suspended sentence.
