A 33-year-old from Terni – MC are his initials – was arrested on Wednesday, June 26 by agents of the IV anti-drug section of the Terni Mobile Squad. The facts are reconstructed in a note from the city police headquarters.
“The officers – it is written – engaged in a service of prevention and repression of drug dealing ordered by the police commissioner Luigi Mangino, stopped a car with a couple on board. The boy, a 33-year-old from Terni, immediately appeared anxious and impatient when his documents were checked, so much so that a more thorough check was triggered”.
“In the pocket of his trousers the police found two packages containing 6.4 grams of cocaine. The search, continued in his home, gave a positive result: a total of 40 grams of cocaine and 120 of hashish, a cutting agent, a precision scale, all the packaging material and 5,300 euros in cash were found. The girl, a 26-year-old from Terni, was found not to have been involved in the facts”.
The 33-year-old was thus arrested red-handed and the Terni court – judge Ersilia Agnello – in addition to validating what had been done by the State Police, applied the measure of requiring him to sign in.
“With regard to the boy – continues the Terni police headquarters – belonging to the organized Ternana fans, the anti-crime division of the police headquarters is evaluating the application of the Daspo measure ‘out of context’, a measure adopted independently of the realization of violent conduct during or because of sporting events, also against ‘those who have been reported or convicted, even with a non-definitive sentence, in the previous five years'”.
