Stalking and private violence against a peer. These are the crimes charged to three girls who in the past few hours have been subjected to precautionary measures carried out by the Carabinieri of Capurso: two 15-year-olds were imposed “the obligation to remain at home”, while a 14-year-old was required to “remain at home from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.”, in addition to the prohibition to approach the victim. The first two are also accused of serious injuries.

Over the past few months, the three minors allegedly targeted a girl their age and, in various circumstances, both in person and using various social networks, intimidated and threatened her, promising to cause her serious physical harm if the victim continued to have any type of relationship with an ex-boyfriend of one of the three.

The most serious episode dates back to May 11th when the two 15-year-olds, according to the investigators’ reconstruction, followed the victim by boarding her bus to Bari. Once they got off the bus, they continued to follow her, pushed her, waiting for her reaction, and then ended their action by attacking the girl with slaps and punches and pulling her hair. A circumstance that forced the unfortunate girl to be treated at the Policlinico in Bari, where she was discharged with a 15-day prognosis.
