On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, the Néotoa teams delivered 20 new rental accommodation at the Domaine du Gué, located on rue de la Délivrande (Building A), Servon-sur-Vilainebetween Rennes and Vitré (Ille-et-Vilaine).

The inauguration took place in the presence of Melaine Morinmayor of Servon, Jacky Lechâble, from the Pays de Châteaugiron community, Ludovic Coulombel, president of Néotoa and vice-president of the Departmental Council, elected officials, and various partners for construction and financing.

“Generous spaces”

The Domaine du Gué was designed by the agency Sonj ArchitectureThis delivery meets the significant rental demand in Servon.

“Distributed in four apartments T2 (50 m²), twelve T3 (66 m²), three T4 (82 m²) and one T5, they offer their tenants generous spaces. The architectural treatment of the Domaine du Gué, with in particular wood and outdoor spaces (balconies, terraces and gardens), ensures a harmonious integration into its environment”, specifies the developer.

” With a thermal performance superior to current regulations, the residence thus promotes comfort of use and control of costs for its occupants.

Financed by conventional loans, the housing was allocated to residents in compliance with resource ceilings.

The State, the Caisse des Dépôts, Action Logement, the community of communes, the Departmental Council and Néotoa have co-financed this project.

The keys were handed over to the future residents after the visit of the accommodation and the various speeches. A welcome cocktail allowed the new residents to get to know each other.
