Friuligol and the regional football movement are in mourning for the sudden passing of Gianpaolo Leonardi. Our dear Leo has gone, leaving us stunned and heartbroken. He took us by surprise, Leo, for the things left unsaid, for those left undone, for a sea of memories that now resurface from memory and for the long battle fought against the physical ailments that made him suffer so much.
Passionate about football like few others, number one in statistics, prepared and competent and with a lively intelligence, Leo has been a precious collaborator for many years, a pillar of Friuligol both for what concerns the major teams, and in reference to the youth ones. He has also been a manager of various companies, covering the delicate and demanding role of secretary, a secretary armed with dedication and professionalism first and foremost Pordenoneal Fontanafredda and to the Why.
Heartbroken, the Friuligol editorial staff mourns the loss of our friend and collaborator Leo and embraces in this hour of grief his loved ones and the many friends with whom he shared his life and, in particular, his passion for football.
