On Tuesday 2nd July, Pallacanestro Pavia 1933 announced to its fans the very recent acquisition of Jamal William Smith, a Dutch boy who grew up in prestigious American colleges.

Pallacanestro Pavia 1933 is pleased to announce the engagement of the athlete Jamal William Smith for the 2024/25 sports season
Class 1992American by birth but with a Dutch passport, is a product of the College Tennessee State University.
After a first experience in Italy in Barletta in Serie D, finished with an average of 22 points, he toured Europe playing in: Germania (ART Giants Düsseldorf and NEW Elephants Grevenbroich) France (Tremblay Athletic Club) Greece, Iceland and the Netherlands.
In the last two years for him first a season in the Belgian second division, at HUBO LIMBURG UNITEDclosed with 12.3 pointsaveraging 4.1 rebounds and 37% from 3-point range in just 21 minutes of play.
In the last season, however, he played an excellent Serie C championship among the ranks of NEW VIRTUS Mesagne putting it on record well 20.9 pointsaveraging 7.1 rebounds and shooting 38% from behind the arc.
Now, however, the athlete is ready to wear the colours Red Blue for at least the 2024/2025 season.
