Since yesterday July 1, 2024in fact, the merger by incorporation of Ge.SASpA into IVS Italia SpA and the leasing of the company of Liomatic SpA in favor of IVS Italia SpA are effective. Started in 2022, the project is now coming to fruition to give shape to an integrated reality which expresses over 50 years of expertise in the sector.
The union of the three companies will then translate into significant benefits in terms of management efficiency and technological development. It will ensure a broader national logistics coverage and a diversification of the product portfolio.
