Valorization of historical workshops and activities: the Frontini council participates in the Region’s notice of February 15th with a program of measures for 175 thousand euros that will be co-financed by Palazzo dei Priori up to 52 thousand and 500 euros. Deadline to participate is July 31st. Subject of the notice: “the municipal programs for the protection and valorization of historical workshops and activities, markets and fairs of historical value, as well as historical commercial activities in public areas, registered in the regional list”.

The incentive measures that may be included in the municipal programs in favor of property owners and business managers, included in the regional list, may concern “contributions for the rent, lease and for the restoration and conservation of real estate, signs, equipment, machinery, furnishings, finishes and original decorations related to the activity of historic shops, but also the “reduction of the amount or exemption of fees – as stated in the resolution of the Municipality -, the application of concessions or reductions in the rate of the municipal property tax (IMU), support for development, innovation and improvement of the quality of services to consolidate the competitiveness and market positioning of historic businesses with a view to integrating historicity, modernity and the digital market, support for the attractiveness of urban centers and settlements of historic commercial sites, enhancing historic streets and tourist and commercial itineraries, and any other measure or intervention consistent with the purposes of the law”.
