MILAN – Lombardy’s Covid data updated at the end of June and released by the Lombardy Region they highlight a situation with growth but still low numbers and few hospitalized patients.
the total number of people infected since the beginning of the pandemic in Lombardy has reached 4,343,069 (+1,761 compared to the previous month when they were just over a thousand) while those recovered are 4,294,251 (+1,328).
The total number of people currently positive stands at 862 (a month ago there were 457), there are 58 hospitalized with Covid (+26 compared to last month) of which 3 (there were 2 last month) in intensive care. The total number of deaths since the start of the pandemic is 47,928 people (+26, compared to 24 last month).
Since the beginning of the pandemic we have always disseminated data relating to contagion provided by official sources. The Lombardy Region releases a weekly bulletin with the data relating to the new positives emerging from the processing of swabs. Only those who test positive for the first time are counted.
