The restaurant-pizzeria has been inaugurated “Ancient Grains” of the brothers Ali ed Energy Uruk together with the partner Aurel Sulawas also present at the ribbon cutting Luca Pisanipublic establishments representative of Confcommercio Pisa.
“A new reality in the restaurant scene at number 463 via Fiorentina on which we have bet with great conviction – said Ali Uruci – we are three young boys of Albanian origin and we have lived in Italy for many years and we have a decade of experience in Italian cuisine. After several experiences in the world of catering, we had the ambition of opening our own place in the heart of Riglione and we are happy to have found this opportunity and to finally be able to start a new adventure”.
