She had left home on foot and has been missing since June 19. In Marzano, in the province of Pavia, the search by the firefighters and civil protection, coordinated by the Carabinieri and the prefecture, continues in the hope of finding Hanane Fakir, a 41-year-old of Moroccan origins, who disappeared into thin air.

The case
The case is currently being treated as a voluntary removalthere are no suspects, but the military does not rule it out no hypothesis. A few hours after her disappearance, her husband, an Italian with a clean criminal record and employed in a cleaning company in the area, reported her disappearance. The research began from here which led to the discovery near a canal which then leads to the Lambro, two of the woman’s three cell phones.
Another, found first, was recovered in a local tobacconist’s shop after a passerby, finding it in the street, left it in the business.
Given the proximity to the river which then flows into the After, the searches were started immediately with the diving groups but were then interrupted as they gave no results. The area is quite isolated, the cell phones were found here but also the woman’s bag, which is presumed to have arrived on foot traveling a handful of kilometers from her home. Along the route considered possible, however, there are no video surveillance systems that could be useful.
Her disappearance is a mystery: the 41-year-old, mother of two children aged 9 and 13, she had no job and at home, except for what are currently defined as habitual “disputes” there were no problems, neither health nor economic. Nor, according to her husband, had there been any arguments before her disappearance. The carabinieri are continuing with the investigation, the searches have been extended to a wider area and the apparently marginal network of the woman’s acquaintances is being reconstructed.
