“While it is stigmatized that the delivery of the safety works on the Maremola stream is carried out with a public event for which public invitations to participation are issued for citizens just 16 days before the elections (which could have been done more appropriately immediately after the their conduct), the Public Prosecutor’s Office is asked to verify the existence of violations of the law and the commission of crimes, such that they could influence the free determination and choice in voting of the electors by influencing them and ultimately distorting the electoral result of Pietra Ligurian”.
