In Italy, the number of people who declare they have psychological suffering related to the workplace, but in Campania Benevento is the province least affected by the phenomenon. This is also confirmed by the data collected by the online psychology service One good one as part of the analysis conducted to investigate the risk of burnout in Italy and psychological distress related to work: in the first quarter of 2024, people experiencing distress at work increased by 109.7% compared to the same period of 2023. In Campania in 2023, people experiencing psychological distress at work increased by 62.4% compared to the previous year, and in the first four months of 2024 there was even a growth of 141.7% compared to the same period in 2023.
The data collected by Unobravo show how at provincial level over half of those who declare having psychological problems related to the work sphere are concentrated in the province of Naples (51.7%), the most populous of the Campania provinces, followed by that of Salerno (21.6%) and Caserta (14.5%). Below 8% are the areas of Avellino (7.8%) and Benevento (4.4%).
