The event organized by Fipav Rovigo scheduled for June 9th in Rosolina Mare

A long volleyball season is drawing to a close, but several events of great interest for Polesine volleyball still remain, starting with the final party of the now traditional MinIn Beach event, which will take place on Sunday 9 June. The setting will be that of the free beach of Rosolina Mare between the Bagno Perla and Happy Days establishments. The event, born in 2005 on the island of Albarella, has reached its sixteenth edition, after the forced stop due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and has grown over the years to become one of the most awaited moments, capable of involving last year over 400 athletes and more than 1200 people present in total. As usual, the MinIn Beach has always taken place on the first Sunday of June (at the beginning it coincided with the National Sports Day announced by CONI) and this year it was postponed by a week, falling within the Rosolina Beach Games project, which for three consecutive weekends will see the involvement of different disciplines.
It is open to Fipav registered athletes born between 2008 and 2018 and includes a phase dedicated to the little ones with the classic S3 Volleyball competitions in the green, white and red categories and then challenges at both a competitive and promotional level.
The non-competitive matches naturally do not include rankings and will take place up to under 14s (2010 year) in 4 against 4 mode with matches between all the teams present. As regards, however, the competitive level matches, the protagonists will be the under 14 and 16 categories with the final Master of the Insand Cup of 2 against 2 beach volleyball, where the couples who obtained the best scores in last year’s preliminary rounds will arrive. May 12th in Rovigo and next May 26th in Porto Viro, to finally decide the provincial champions. To participate, simply fill out the registration form, attaching the athletes’ membership documents and send everything by May 29th to the email address [email protected].
“The intent is to give a sporting moment but above all a nice final volleyball party, intended as a festival of competitions and games that involve and engage the athletes all day, but also a moment of relaxation for the managers, and for the families an opportunity to socialize, learn more about sports clubs and the movement more generally, in an environment that facilitates sharing, the comment of the president of Fipav Rovigo, Natascia Vianello. Ever since the event was born, it was designed for the beach to be able to involve as many members as possible, given the large spaces available on our coasts, and to therefore have the possibility of growing without excessive complications. Above all, it aims to be a sort of “gift” that Fipav Rovigo gives to the clubs to thank them for their work and collaboration during the season, enabling them to enjoy the moment for a day without having to think too much about the organisation, the set-up, the calendars ”.
