The Campania Region has recently announced a new public competition for the hiring of 20 Supervisors at the Municipality of Naples. This initiative is aimed exclusively at unemployed people, and possession of a diploma is not required to participate.
Competition Details
The selection notice provides for the full-time and permanent hiring of 20 staff units. The main tasks of the Campania Region competition for Supervisors will include supervision and custody activities in places such as museums, monuments, green areas and libraries. Furthermore, they will be responsible for monitoring access and regulating the flow of the public, as well as carrying out tasks that are instrumental and complementary to the aforementioned activities.
Participation Requirements
To participate in the competition, candidates must meet certain requirements:
Being unemployed.
Having made the declaration of immediate availability for work.
Possess at least one of the following regional qualifications or qualifications:
Carrying out surveillance and safety activities.
Carrying out museum custody and reception services.
Carrying out surveillance and reception activities for the public.
Application Procedure
Applications will be open from 9am on 20 May until 5pm on 24 May 2024. Interested parties will be able to submit their application to the Campania Region competition through the regional Clic Lavoro portal on the Lavorocampania.it website, in the “Selection starts” section .
Evaluation and Ranking
Once the application submission phase is closed, the platform will automatically draw up a ranking based on the data declared by the participants. Candidates will be given an initial score of 100 points, which may be increased or decreased based on:
ISEE value.
Unemployment seniority.
Number of people dependent on the candidate for tax purposes.
Suitability tests
After the publication of the ranking, a double number of candidates will be selected compared to the places available to participate in the suitability tests. These will consist of a cognitive interview, aimed at verifying the psycho-aptitude requirements and previous experiences of the participants.
Assumption
The successful candidates of the Campania Region competition will be hired as Supervisors in the “Expert Operators Area” category. They will sign an individual full-time and permanent employment contract, in accordance with the CCNL Local Functions Sector 2019-2021.
