New house in Milan for De Martino: elegant interiors, brick walls, wood and modern design.

Stefano De Martino divides his time between three cities, but Milan remains his emotional center. Despite the television commitments of Your business take him to Rome every week, and a family villa ties him to Naples, it is in the Lombard capital that he has chosen to settle more steadily, to remain close to his son Santiagoborn from the bond with Belen Rodriguez. In recent weeks the host moved house and, after months in which only a few glimpses were seen on social media, decided to officially show the new apartmentpublishing a video and some images on his channels.

The house is located in little distance from the previous onein an area that allows him to reconcile professional commitments with private life. The apartment, like the others he has lived in in recent years, it is for rent. In Naples he owns a property: a villa with direct access to the sea in the Posillipo districtwhile in Rome it also opted for a temporary solution in the Prati area. The new Milanese space, although not owned, brings a strong personal imprint: the furnishings are studied in detail, with clear tones, solid materials and a precise aesthetic vision.

Stefano De Martino’s living room: white walls, red bricks and 4,000 euro lamps

The images published by the host show an interior with a sober but decisive character. The living room, not particularly large, is furnished with essential lines and dark colors. Wood dominates, both in the doors of the equipped wall and in the large one eight seater tableplaced in the center of the room. The designer chairs and the Flos lampwith an estimated value of around 4,000 euros, complete the environment without overloading it.

One is particularly recognizable exposed red brick wallwhich gives a touch industrial to a space otherwise dominated by white, anthracite gray and brown. The sofa, large and dark, seems designed for moments of relaxation or meetings with friends, while exposed speakersinserted into the closed wall on which the TV is mounted, recall a vaguely vintage aesthetic.

The color balance is maintained by white curtains and closed furnishingswhich limit visual dispersion. Despite its small size, the living room manages to be functional and welcoming, with a strong stylistic coherence.

Separate kitchen, wood and steel: personal style even in the details

In the video you can also see part of the kitchen, separated from the living room by a French door. Here it is a second eight-seater tablea sign of the desire to maintain convivial environments even in small spaces. The materials, although not shown directly, they suggest a strong presence of steelalready mentioned by the rigorous style chosen for the living room. To confirm a carefully constructed visual coherence, the lighting is also taken care of, with warm and indirect lights which highlight the materials.

It was placed next to the entrance a Christmas tree decorated only with lightsfree of baubles or other decorations: a choice that reflects a precise, clean, perhaps minimalist aesthetic line. Everything in the apartment seems carefully selected, from the color palette to the functional elements.

According to those who know him, De Martino has always been passionate about design. Even when he is not the owner of the homes in which he lives, he tries to leave a mark, intervening with furnishings and details that reflect his taste. The result is an environment that speaks of a composed, concrete personality, but not without warmth.

With this house, De Martino he doesn’t look for stage effectbut rather a space that can accommodate him between one trip and another. A sober refuge, designed to stay close to your son and maintain a balance between work and private life. The images speak clearly: behind the public persona, there is a clear and conscious choice of style.
