Everything is ready in Rimini for the start of the Capanno celebrations. A long calendar, spread over several days, with a marathon of events. We start already on Monday (29 December) with the concert by Edoardo Bennato who will make everyone dance with his “Sono Solo Canzonette Tour 2025”.
Tuesday, December 30th, it will be Francesca Michielin’s turn: the singer-songwriter will excite the audience with her notes ranging from pop to Hindi. On December 31st Rimini becomes a giant open-air dance floor waiting for the stroke of midnight when the fireworks in Piazzale Kennedy and the fire at the Castle will indicate the start of the new year. Ferrying the public into 2026 will be the friendliness and energy of Roberta Lanfranchi, voice of Rds 100% Grandi Successi, and the engaging Discoradio Party signed by Matteo Epis, Valentina Guidi and Edo Munari (from 11.30pm to 1am).

New Year’s Eve preview
The fourteenth edition of the longest New Year begins its long marathon with two extraordinary live preview evenings in Piazza Malatesta to arrive already ‘hot’ on the night of December 31st. On December 29th Edoardo Bennato with his band will kick off the great end-of-year celebrations. The Neapolitan singer-songwriter, the first to bring rock and blues to songwriting in Italy, with his unmistakable rock energy and songs that have marked generations, will bring over fifty years of Italian music to the stage in Piazza Malatesta, including blues, rock and civil commitment. A free concert that promises to make thousands of people sing and dance with his Sono Solo Canzonette Tour 2025 and the classics of his repertoire, the ever-current songs that have made him famous and loved by his audience.

The setlist will be very intense and varied: we will sing, dance and share emotions and memories to the notes of some of my most famous songs and singles taken from my new EP “Anime”. A fantastic all-female band – made up of Viviana Colombo, Giorgia Canton, Sofia Volpiana and Maura De Santis- will accompany me this evening, making the atmosphere of a wonderful city like Rimini even warmer and more special”.
