Gianluca Costantino could also report Alfonso Signorini, the revelations from the former Gieffino’s lawyer

Gianluca Costantinoformer face of Big Brother VIP and Men and Women, is considering whether or not to file a complaint against Alfonso Signorini. This was made known by the 37-year-old’s lawyer, Leonardo D’Erasmo. The lawyer spoke of a “delicate situation” and the possible configuration of the “crime of extortion”, referring to some alleged episodes that occurred in 2022, the year in which Costantino participated in the reality show broadcast on Canale 5.

Fabrizio Coronaon the podcast The most falsehad accused Signorini of having tried to obtain sexual favors from some people eager to enter Big Brother VIP in exchange for preferential lanes for auditions.

The former king of the paparazzi had assured that he was in possession of “more than 100 reports of boys who were subjected to harassing approaches”. During his interrogation, he had mentioned the names of two people ready to denounce Signorini: Antonio Medugno (the influencer then actually formalized the complaint) and Gianluca Costantino.

The latter, in the next few hours, together with his lawyer Leonardo D’Erasmo, will decide whether to start legal actions towards the Milanese presenter and journalist.

“It is a delicate situation and we are evaluating whether to file a complaint – explained the lawyer D’Erasmo –. It could constitute the crime of extortionfor episodes that occurred in February 2022 and are therefore not yet prescribed.”

“My client has kept chats and material, which we will eventually provide to the judicial authorities. He is distressed by this situation, and does not want to be swallowed up by this media fuss”, concluded the lawyer.

Signorini filed a supplementary complaint against Corona

In the meantime Signorini is taking action with his lawyers. In fact, through one of his lawyers, in the late evening of Christmas Eve he filed an additional complaint against Corona.

This integration goes to implement the file opened with the accusation of revenge porn contested against the former king of the paparazzi for the shots shown in the Falsissimo format during the episode made available on YouTube last December 22nd, following those seized by the Prosecutor’s Office on the same day.

Endemol’s statement, internal checks started

Signorini also intervened in the storm that overwhelmed Signorini Endemol Shine Italyi.e. the production company of Big Brother. On Boxing Day afternoon, the company issued a statement in which it reported that it had launched internal checks to shed light on the manner in which the auditions relating to the latest editions of the reality show.

“In relation to these alleged facts – Endemol writes -, it reserves all initiatives against anyone who may have caused damage to the reputation of the format. The company has started the internal checks envisaged with the aim of clarifying compliance with the code of ethics and the procedures that govern the selections”.
