«Hi guys». Chiara Ferragni returns to talk to her followers through his stories published on Instagram, and he does it with his “classic” greeting. Even though, in just a few months, her life has changed completely, today the entrepreneur seems ready to truly turn the page, and to do so with a certain enthusiasm: «Lately I have a new energy and for this I have you to thank for all the comments and for always being by my side”, he explains in a message in English. «I’m working a lot on myself at this moment in my life which is very different. I’ve been through a lot, as you’ve probably seen, but now I feel that I’m getting back to being myself and that’s the best feeling possible».
After the Pandoro Gate, the Antitrust fine and the investigation for fraud, Chiara Ferragni also experienced a profound (and it seems unsolvable) crisis with her husband Fedez. Who, according to rumours, would have approached the French model Garance Authié (while the entrepreneur would have been spotted with Tony Effe).
Yet Chiara Ferragni seems to have accepted the change: «I’m excited for this new energy and for everything to come, for all the new projects that I’m working on, that I can’t wait to share with you, and in general for this new life. I think we should all look for the magic in our existence. I want to connect with you more, I love you.”
Fabio Maria Damato out of the group
Chiara Ferragni also combines internal change with a path of profound renewal of her companies. Fabio Maria Damato, who was the top manager of the Ferragni group (and whom Fedez had repeatedly criticized), has left the management of the companies: Fenice and TBS Crew communicated this in a note which states that «starting from 16 June 2024, Fabio Maria Damato will cease to act as general manager and advisor to both companies to pursue other professional opportunities. The change is part of a process of corporate renewal.”
Fabio Maria Damato had leading roles, second only to the owner’s delegations: until a few days ago it had great powers and margins of maneuver in the safe of the entrepreneur, the Sisterhood (100% Ferragni) which controls the empire centered in particular on Fenice and TBC Crew.
On the other hand, Chiara Ferragni had already shown that she wanted to renew the group by nominating her mother, Marina Di Guardo, as general director in fact of the Sisterhood, and entrusting to her those management powers that Damato previously had (who, together with Ferragni, is under investigation for complicity in aggravated fraud in the investigation into the Balocco Pink Christmas pandoros). Mamma Marina can now decide to «hire and fire personnel, sign and revoke contracts of any type, open and close current and credit accounts, banking operations, represent the company in court and before a series of public bodies».
