From 8 January to 4 February 2026subject to any changes, CoopVoce will launch the new mobile tariff offer Turbo 200 at the promotional cost of 7.90 euros per month indefinitely.
The offer will also include the qualification to 5G networkwhich can be used by customers with a compatible device and under coverage of Vodafone Italia’s 5G mobile network (Fastweb + Vodafone), infrastructure used by the virtual operator FULL MVNO CoopVoce.
What will CoopVoce Turbo 200 5G provide
CoopVoce Turbo 200proposed to 7.90 euros per monthwill predict every month unlimited minutes of voice traffic to all national landline and mobile numbers, 1000 SMS to all national numbers e 200 Giga of mobile internet traffic in 5G, with maximum speed up to 2 Gbps.
Promo for new portability customers
CoopVoce Turbo 200also called Turbo 200 5Gwill be available to existing CoopVoce customers and the plan change will be free, the cost of the first month of 7,90 euro will be deducted from the remaining credit.
New CoopVoce customers, who from 8 January to 4 February 2026, request number portability with simultaneous activation of Turbo 200 in Coop supermarkets o via the official website of the virtual operator they will not pay the SIM activation costs.
Furthermore, to subscribe to the new upcoming promotion, new customers will be able to purchase even one Self SIM, the packaged phone card available at participating Coop stores for 9.90 euros, a contribution that includes activation and the first month of the chosen offer, and which allows you to subsequently activate it online.
Those who require number portability after purchasing one Self SIMonce portability has taken place, will receive a telephone traffic bonus equal to the cost of 9.90 euros discounted for the purchase.
At the moment it is not yet known whether the offer CoopVoce Turbo 200 5G it will also be available for new activations. In this case, the activation cost it would be equal to 10 eurosincluding the SIM, since the free activation promotion is only foreseen in case of number portability.
Promo change offer for existing customers
CoopVoce Turbo 200also called Turbo 200 5Gwill also be available, in the same period, for existing CoopVoce customers. The plan change will be free and the cost of the first month, equal to 7.90 euroswill be deducted from the remaining credit.
Rumors about CoopVoce Turbo 400 5G
According to some information collected by MondoMobileWeb, CoopVoce would also be evaluating the launch of a further offer with 5G network enablement, called Turbo 400 5Goffered at the price of 9.90 euros per month.
In this case, the monthly bundle should include unlimited minutes of voice traffic to all national landline and mobile numbers, 1000 SMS to all national numbers and 400 Gigabytes of 5G mobile internet trafficwith maximum speeds of up to 2 Gbps.
No further details are known at the moment, but according to what MondoMobileWeb knows, this profile is already present in the CoopVoce systems.
When traveling in EU Roaming
As required by current legislation, the minutes and SMS of CoopVoce offers are also valid in Roaming within the European Union and the United Kingdomunder the same conditions as in Italy. From 1 January 2026, the national offer can also be used, as required by the Roam Like at Home (RLAH) regulation, by those traveling in Ukraine and Moldova.
For new activations starting from 1 May 2025, with the CoopVoce offers it is expected the mechanism which, in the first 30 days of stay abroad, allows you to immediately use all the monthly Gigabyteswithout having to wait 6 months after activation.
If you use up the GB in your offer, browsing will be interrupted until the next renewal of the promotion, as happens when browsing in Italy.
In any case, if you remain abroad for more than 30 consecutive days, after the first month the monthly Giga threshold is applied again required by law.
In any case, once this threshold has been exhausted, the customer can continue to browse on a pay-as-you-go basis until the next renewal of the offer.
How traffic included works
With CoopVoce offers, unlimited minutes of voice traffic are priced on the actual seconds of conversation and with no connection fee. Regarding the internet connection, this is charged per kilobyte.
If yes run out all SMS included in the month, you can send messages under the conditions of the basic tariff plan. However, if all the gigabytes are consumed, internet browsing is inhibited at no additional cost.
In these cases, however, via the operator’s app it is possible to renew the offer in advance, regaining all the minutes and GB included each month.
With CoopVoce, in case of insufficient credit for renewal, the offers are suspended for 30 days and, in this period, data traffic is blocked, while minutes and SMS are priced according to the plan base.
In case of suspension due to insufficient credit, to reactivate your tariff offer you must top up the SIM within the 30 days, otherwise the option will be deactivated.

From April 2024, the service is available with CoopVoce Easy Renewalwith which it is possible renew automatically your offer by paying only the exact amount of the monthly fee on the renewal day, with a charge to the payment method you set
